I would like to thank all the editors and agents at the RMBSCBWI Letters and Lines conference who provided an opportunity for participants to submit manuscripts. Minju Chang, Sylvie Frank, Stephanie Pitts, and Andrea Spooner, your support is key to aspiring Colorado children’s authors.
My manuscript submission, Mr. Gibson’s Garden also has a Spanish translation. When carrots start disappearing from his beloved garden, Mr. Gibson takes serious measures to catch the vegetable-stealing varmint and finds that the thief can also steal his heart.
I also submitted a a story titled “Catalina’s Race” to Highlights Magazine. When Catalina faces her rival for the second time, she digs deep to run her best race ever.
